We use either Australia Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide or $10 (Standard Post)will be charged for orders less than $100.

Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

Well made and so happy it comes in bigger sizes. The woolly flaps are actually stitched down so you can't fold them up if you wanted to, but that's ok for someone who tends to overheat anyway. Good thick sole suitable for ducking outside quickly without changing shoes. Looks exactly like the photo.

Great quality, much better than what you can get elsewhere. The only annoying thing was the tab attached to the top edge - there needs to be an easy way to detach this otherwise the tread comes out and the shoe starts falling about
